17. My feeling is that if anyone besides Dean gets chair, even Rosenberg
Dean will lose a lot of influence over party reform. He can continue to run DFA in tandem with being the chair. If he isn't chair, he can decide to run again (which would be GREAT) but unless the DNC chair is someone favorably disposed to Dean, I fear that there would once again be a "stop Dean" movement in a bid for the presidential nomination.
