1. Oh, yes. It was miserable!
My son is half Arabic. My ex is Arabic. I know a lot about that culture. I would throw shoes at the television everytine some STUPID media type would mime the Bush talking points that were absolutely incorrect!

Here I was, a housewife at the time, sitting at home, knowing for DAMN sure that the Iraqis had nothing to do with 9/11 and would NOT throw flowers at us for "liberating" them. What PAP!

I was going through a divorce, couldn't find a job and trying hard to keep my wits about me to raise my son; meanwhile, these pompus asses on Capital Hill were getting paid millions to lie or misunderstand an entire culture of people. It was sickening.
