13. I think, you mis read my tread.
I said, at least with open source of the machines and paper trail, it's harder for GOP to steal votes. With open source code inside the machines, Bev (blackbox voting) can go in and inspect the machine for codes for any signs of hacking. All the machines will be inspected when they arrive for open source and re-sealed until the election day. This past election, machines had no paper trail, they were not inspected because there were no law.

Yes, I do think we should out law all voting machines!
