Randy “Duke” Cunningham Disposition: Pleaded Guilty on charges of conspiracy to commit $2.4 million in bribery charges and fraud, and tax evasion Cunningham, who could get up to 10 years in prison will be sentenced on Feb. 27 2006. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's office will have 14 days to set a date for an election, which must take place within 120 days, to replace Cunningham. Cunningham was allowed to remain free while he awaits sentencing.
