26. The idea itself could be good
in a better world. If the best minds could get together, look at the best choices for our military and Iraq, talk it out and be heard by the administration (who hears no one) that might be good. The safety of people and the best end to this war is what matters beyond politics.

But when you read what he's saying that doesn't seem to be his point at all.
"Bipartisan Victory in Iraq Administrative Group," designed to take some of the political edge off the war debate." "It's time for Democrats who distrust President Bush to acknowledge he'll be commander-in-chief for three more years," the senator said. "We undermine the president's credibility at our nation's peril."

Well if that's the point of it, not honest debate and a search for answers, screw it. The president is undermining his own credibility and if we seek to make him look more credible then he is we are part of the sham.
And "Democrats who distrust President Bush?" I question any congress person of either party who trusts him.

So No Joe.
