and no Republicans. The Party is a stiff. They are frozen with indecision. Why gamble with such a proposal at this time when all they have to do is sit back and let the Repubs self-destruct? So, most of them will fall in behind Arlen Specter and the other Repubs and decide this is not the time for such an act as censure. After all, it is the "base" that supports Feingold and the base is not the Democratic Party.
