There are almost no Whites, Blacks or any other nationality working there in the plant, besides the office workers and executives, because the pay/benifits are too low for most people.

You really think the state or federal government is going to fine Kragen or all the other huge businesses that do the exact same thing?

I dont.

Its easier to pick on these workers, then to go after the corporations that pay low wages and no benefits, just like Kragen.
