Yes, that's how they're spining the Pew poll. This is the same game they played, most recently, in Mexico:

1. Condition the public

2. Set the stage with talk of "strong gains" in the last few hours

3. On election day, meter out the results selectively, obscuring the effect of the fraud, so as to show the republicans winning "just barely."

Voila! Yet another bush "man-date!"
