"Flagstaff's Dan Frazier sells a T-shirt that lists the names of soldiers killed in Iraq, and a Phoenix lawmaker wants to put a stop to it.

"On Frazier's Web site, the description of the shirt says it's "illegal in two states and could soon be illegal nationwide," a reference to similar laws already passed in Oklahoma and Louisiana. Texas has also introduced legislation, Flinn said."
