What could be more progressive than eliminating the last 100 years of law? ROFL!!!!!

Dear Lord above. I think the libertarians have found their messiah. :rofl:

This guy wants to:

-- Eliminate public schools
-- Eliminate the 14th, 16th and 17th amendments
-- REPEAL (you did not read this wrong) ALL *ALL* legislation enacted since the 17th amendment.

Lets think about that one. Womens right to vote, Civil Rights, FISA, the SEC, OSHA, Child Labor Laws, social security/medicare, presidential succession, etc etc etc

-- Eliminate the CIA, FBI, BATFE, IRS, DEA, Homeland Security, DIA, NSA and replace them with INDEPENDENT state agencies.
-- Eliminate the FDA's role in drug approval. They are to be a research facility only.
-- Elimination of the federal court system
