Sen. Clinton, is it something we said?

May 5.

July 26.

Aug. 20.

Sept. 16.

And now, Oct. 5.

All have been dates for a Hillary Clinton fundraiser in Kansas City that has been postponed and rescheduled more often than any Kansas City fundraiser in the history of this city.

If I'm wrong, PROVE IT!

Oct. 5 is the latest date, announced today, by the heroically patient Herb Kohn, a Clinton for President leader here.

Yes, Kohn said today, the Sept. 16 date was a date "that wouldn't move." But it did.

"It's now Oct. 5, and they swear that that's the date," he said. "If you believe that ..."

That's noon Oct. 5 at the President Hotel downtown. (Get it? Clinton is running for president, and the event is at the President Hotel ...)

Call Kohn for tickets at 816-374-3216. It's $500 per person, with the VIP event costing $2,300 per couple.

And Herb, if the date moves again, you're on your own, bro. No more date stories in this space. I'm worn out.
