19. Sorry, but it is a cackle.
To anyone with a musical ear, it is offensive. And maybe it doesn't turn you off, and maybe it won't turn off those who focus totally on policy and ignore personality, but it sure turns me off big time. It's ugly. It's annoying. It makes me want to shut my ears. It makes Hillary look like she isn't quite normal, like she is a little nuts. She might as well deal with her laugh (and her voice) now. People tolerate Bush's limited vocabulary and butchery of English grammar, but Hillary's laugh could well cause the defeat of the Democratic Party in 2008. It is really that bad. Be honest. You don't like the cackle either. No honest person could say they like that sound.

And I disagree with the physical location from which that laugh comes -- it's not the belly. The laugh is too dry and cynical to come from the belly. I think it originates in an arrogant nose turned up at all those foolish common folk out there who just don't recognize how superior Hillary is to everybody else.
