66. It's a problem that Hillary herself has created
Just during the past week, she used her laugh too many times in the TV appearences on September 23rd, and then again in the debate on MSNBC.

"The Daily Show" is not right-wing propaganda, but when they did a segment on Hillary's "laugh", Jon Stewart made the point that sometimes it made sense (like when FOX News asked her why she is so partisan), but other times it was inappropriate. It looked like a deliberate, almost pre-programmed response. Jon Stewart suggested that Hillary might be an android.

Let's be honest - the loud laughter looks like a ploy that Hillary's people have advised her to do as a way of deflecting criticism and tough questions.

"Clinton cackle" is alliteration, just like "Dean Scream" was a convenient rhyme.

I guess we could try calling it the "Clinton chuckle" - but that ain't no chuckle ...
