for ages. It means they need to pass a test on our road laws and it means they can be tracked to make sure they keep basic liability insurance. It's a good deal for the rest of us on the road.

This is a whole bunch of nothing. Illegals who can't get legal licenses get fake ones, don't bother learning the laws, and never bother with insurance.

The one thing missing from their licenses is a social security number. The rest of us have it. That way, those licenses can't be used to do things like vote. They can be used as ID to cash paychecks, but that's about it.
