11. Why SHOULDN"T everyone want licenses for illegals
A license is not a privelege for god's sakes. It carries an obligation to follow the law and is an impediment to complete freedom to drive as fast, as drunk or as stupidly as one wants to. It usually means you have to get insurance which protects those who share the road with you. Are people who oppose licensing illegals naive enough to think that they will just stop driving? Are they aware that they are endangering themselves and their families by allowing these unlicensed uninsured drivers on the road?

I have to get a license to drive a car. Why should illegals be able to drive without one?
