Clinton is pretending that we are all so stupid as to think that "living in a foreign country at the age of 10" was the ONLY experience he had with cultures abroad.

She doesn't say that he spent 4 years as a child, rather than just when he was 10 years old. She doesn't mention that he still has regular contact with his family in Kenya. She doesn't mention his international relations study in college.

Rather than arguing about his experience at face value, she tries to mislead us about his record.

If she had any sense of how other people live around the world, she would never suggest keeping nuclear weapons "on the table" to fight a handful of terrorists.
