36. If you recall Skinner and Earl held up a spray painted sheet at the inaugural in 2001
During the parade. It had

on it.
Disgusted and depressed, I grabbed the nearest piece of paper - a cocktail napkin- and wrote it down, and tossed it in my desk drawer.

Fast forward to 9/11. I sensed the media was bullshitting like crazy- how could the FBI have the names and addresses of the hijackers a DAY later unless they were watching them, and if they were watching them, what happened to prevent them from stopping it? Where was Bush? Why was Cheney doing the talking? Etc.

I reached into my desk drawer for a pen to jot these questions down. There it was. www.DemocraticUnderground.com.

Et Viola; signed on in 9/2001 Under my old DARPANET code alias Lorelei. Before the transformation. I remember everyone in the lounge counting down trying to be the last post before "The Change"
