The truth:

It is true that a good deal of Obama's support, at least from young people, has come from those who like the idea of a black man becoming President. It's not the only reason those supporters like him, but it is a significant reason. This has been acknowledged by Obama campaign workers.

The stupidity:

There's no reason for Ferraro to have had to spell it out as such. And it's stupid also because Hillary Clinton wouldn't be where she was if it wasn't for the fact that she was the First Lady.

Another truth:

Both campaigns have been playing the race card. A total disgrace that a blind person months in advance could have seen happening.
