A single out of context comparison really isn't very good evidence. For one thing, you haven't separated out the open and closed primary states. (Florida is closed.) For another, you leave out previous voting turnout. (The increase in turnout in Florida was in line with the increase in turnout elsewhere.)
So yeah, more evidence would be necessary to draw any conclusion about FL.
But I guess you need to convince yourself. ;)
