To say Vail Horton’s life has been building up to his new venture, KEEN™ Mobility would not be untrue.


Born without legs, Horton was told by doctors at age four he would likely spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. He grew up hearing the certainty of having to use a wheelchair for mobility, and not just once. Undaunted, Horton has continued to use crutches, vigorously resisting doctors advice.
