11. I ended up going and getting a case of beer.
*sigh*

I'm convinced now that Bush was absolutely, unquestionably behind the Swiftvets for Bush ads. Why? Because NOW they are saying Kerry hasn't talked at all about his plans. They are talking "the future".

By distracting and causing a focus on the Swiftvets, the message that Kerry has been speaking about his plans and the future has been drowned out until the RNC.

So, Bush gets to come in and essentially roll out a precisely planned marketing campaign displaying him (once again) as a strong leader with a plan, conservative but with 'big tent' family values. Don't worry about the last 4 years...he has a plan. Forget that has consistently said one thing and does another. Focus on the future (because the past is re-written anyway).

And Kerry? Hold on to your wallet! Just a tax and spend liberal without a plan.
