Perhaps the SBVT effect is wearing off... let's hope this is a trend.

Today's Rasmussen Poll:

"Rasmussen Reports Presidential Tracking Poll shows President George W. Bush with 47% of the vote and Senator John Kerry also with 47%.

Kerry has a slight lead in the 16 battleground states (Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin, Arizona, Minnesota, Oregon, Iowa, Arkansas, Nevada, New Mexico, West Virginia, Maine, and New Hampshire)."
