... we are all pissed off because of the fact that this twit inserted his cheap and tacky political commentary into a venue that almost all people would love to see remain neutral.

For all we care, he can stand on any street corner and scream out whatever political eflluent that he desires. We never state that we want to shut him up - we would just prefer he take his political commentary and say it somewhere more appropriate if he desires. If he keeps on doing it on MNF, and ABC chooses to allow it, more power to them - it's their bullhorn. But they run the risk of losing many left leaning viewers. Like most of us here at DU.

I'm wondering why you think we are getting hysterical about stating our opinions. Most people who posted above simply are showing their displeasure that someone expressed their partisan political views in a venue that most people would like to remain neutral...

But that's just my opinion...
