I had dozens of women grope my Obama cutout in Madison at my Obama table. Heck, I have video and photos of such behavior. I even had some women want to know where they could get their own personal Obama cutout "for later".

Since this is pretty much an altered universe subject, I'd say the cardboard cutout should be allowed to do whatever it wants to those that grope it. If nothing happens, the owner of the cutout could perhaps return the favor.

Take this example. These two women from Holland and Spain came by my Obama table and groped my Obama cutout. They both kissed it and giggled with joy. I feel that, as the owner of said cutout, that I should act as if I AM the cutout and participate equivocally. Here they are after kissing doing the thumbs-up.
