It is really people's bloodlust that is being catered to. And there is also an eerie, almost pornographic zeal by the ultra-left to read these memos.

"OOOH, did you see page 17! About the insects and stuff? Fascinating! (oh.. I mean, DISGUSTING!)".

This is what you want the President to spend his political capital on? Maybe if all this happened during a time of prosperity we could devote some resources. There are just too many other pressing agendas right now.
