thanks in part to our current VP.
I don't see anyone smart enough on the Repub side to take on a liberal on legal issues alone like Biden did with Bork (the right to privacy.)
Obama should be able to get who he wants through the confirmation process. And its true that Bush pushed through Alito and Roberts. Of course, we could have had Harriet Myers. I wonder if she was all that conservative. She certainly was not that intelligent!
