No Kerry/Edwards supporter would grab a Bush/Cheney sign and tear it up - that's like John Kerry cutting in line at an ice cream shop and turning around saying "Haw haw I'm a senator you peon!"
It's stupid and doesnt make sense
There are two possibilities:
1. Something else happened to her sign - AP fellatioed Bush by throwing in the eeeevil liberal angle
2. A Bush/Cheney supporter tore it up and said "Look at me! I love John Kerry!"
