That is a good 40 year history,that would predict a Republican win. Just saying, before all get too bound up by a Republican win in Va., know the voting record of the state.

Virginia in not only for "Lovers", but contrariness in its voting populace. They give New England a run for their money in that arena. I love Virginia, dang when I go visit there, it has everything.. from the mountains in the southwest.. to prairies in the middle to the the sea-side of the eastern shore.

If Deeds did win, it would be off the cliff historically and running against the pre-existing odds.

EDIT to add.. before you ask me to go Google the Virginia elections for the last 40 years.. I am reporting it from CNN and MSNBC..
