The White House is LYING about where Bush got his ribbon!!!!!!!!!

When pressed by UPI for an explanation as to where Bush received the Air force Outstanding Unit Award in this photograph:



The White House made claims that Bush earned the award while in the 3724th Basic Military Training Squadron. This is documented in the following UPI article:

Unfortunately, according to the Air Force Personnel Center, personnel attached to a squadron for training are not considered permanent parties and are thus not eligible for any unit awards the training squadrons receive! This means that any awards received by the 3724th Basic Military Training Squadron, or even the 3550th Student Squadron at Moody Air Force Base where Bush received his pilot training, could NOT be applied to George W. Bush.

Why is the White House lying about where Bush earned this award? Why not come out with the truth?

This story needs to get out to the bloggers and the media. The White House is not answering a basic question about a basic award Mr. Bush was photographed wearing!
