That's just how the GOP likes 'em. I mean, John Ashcroft is the Attorney General.

One of the reasons Johnson won in 2002 is because Daschle helped him get out the vote, going door to door himself.

But now the GOP seems to think that Thune can beat the guy who helped whip his ass before? Whaa?

Daschle's got it.
