11. Pants on fire again~
I was trying to put the pieces of her Drama together.....
Scene One(King is killed)
Scene 2(opens the door to her room and throws her book bag)

I remember exactly where I was when JFK was killed.
I was walking to my next class when I was in college. I remember that it seemed like the world stood still, all of the students were frozen as one after another heard the news.

I don't remember anything about my books and I don't remember who I was walking with that day.

I just don't remember.

The day that King was killed is just a blur.
I am African American and I know that I was in shock but I just can't remember the details.

When I heard her dramatizing the book bag experience it just seemed odd to me.
But, in the back of my mind, I was thinking~ wasn't she a Goldwater girl around that time?
