19. Putting Moore in the presidential box was a mistake. Too far left.
Look. Facts of life here.

Last two Democrats to get elected President were Governors from the south. Senators do not have a good chance at winning, Liberal Senators even less.(yes, Kerry is a liberal) That term is what the masses understand. Most have no idea what a "progressive" is, let alone even heard the term. It is likely beyond them.

Kerry needs to move to the center to win. Sorry, that is the political reality.
Clinton did it sucessfully, he won. He had help from Perot dropping out and pointing people towards Clinton "revitalization of the democratic party" his exact words why he dropped out that first time.

Kerry did not move enough to the center at the convention to persuade Joe and Jane Sixpack swing voters. They are starting to pay attention now and Im afraid that Kerry has very little time left to define himself on his terms to the swing vote.

That is what the convention is for, keep in mind Joe and Jane sixpack maybe caught two minutes of it.

Im sorry this election is in the hands of the swing vote now.

This poll is warning he is losing them.
