12. At the very least, "out" these phony swifties

I think everyone assumes that the whole gang of these slimy creatures served literally alongside JK, when in fact none of them (or just one?) did. I've even heard that the doctor or medic they've got is not the one who treated Kerry's wound. But, again, the assumption is that he did.

At the very least, the Kerry campaign has to inject into the news coverage, and into the public dialogue, the fact that these guys never even MET Kerry.

Just that much, and I'll consider it a success for the Kerry "war room."
