8. Ever read "Downsize This!" by Michael Moore?
He's got a whole chapter where he Photoshops various things into Bob Dole's right hand-- things which are more "appropriate", given his way with campaign donations. For example, because he's been a ruthless shill for the Gallo family in CA, they put a wine bottle into that right hand. And, because he shamelessly shills for the NRA, they also put an Uzi in his hand.

There's many more in the chapter, but it's a pretty good overview of where Bob Dole got his campaign $$ from, and the favors he did to get it.

BTW, don't forget that Dole was a one-time protegee of Richard M. Nixon, the KING of campaign finance scandalmaking.
