This "pretty-please" crap should stop--it doesn't work against the Rovian machine. The public responds to the media fed clashes of 20 second sound bites, and we need to get ours in. We also need to blow them away on the talk shows. Everyone here should e-mail the shows urging equal time for AWOL BUSH to counter Swift Boat Liars. Here is the one I sent to Hardball.
WELL, NOW THAT YOU'VE GIVEN INORDINATE AIR TIME TO PEOPLE LYING ABOUT OFFICIAL NAVY RECORDS AND EYEWITNESS TESTIMONY TO JOHN KERRY'S HEROICS IN VIETNAM, WHERE ARE THE SHOWS TO PROBE WHERE BUSH WAS DURING HIS SO-CALLED NATIONAL GUARD SERVICE? THE OFFICIAL RECORDS THAT EXIST HAVE BUSH MISSING. ISN'T THAT CALLED AWOL?
