He isnt on board with the radical Bush agenda. Putting him in power in the Bush administration would be placing a speed bump to thier agenda. There is no reason for them to do this. The only reason this topic comes up is because it sounds like something traditional politicians would do and something that would really hurt us. It doesnt fit the Bush admnistrations patterns in the slightest. They arent interested in compromising with anyone, they want to cut out any dissent even the smallest amount. If you arent on thier ideological bandwagon, there is no place for you at the very top of the power structure.
