18. Narrate all his commericals from now on
It's the only way to get his voice on national TV, and it will sound like he's in command.

He needs call upon Bush to answer the questions about his own military history or have them answered for him.

He needs to formally reveal the ties between the Smear-Boaters and explain it's the reason why he's refused to condemn them.

He needs to start re-running the commerical McCain asked him to pull because it makes him look so stupid and Bush so evil. After McCain's GOP convention speech, the very least Kerry can do is make sure McCain is of no use to Bush if Bush wins.

He needs to start using words like "desparate", "corruption," and "incompetent." Especially "desparate."

He needs to create a media team who will 1) have assigned national media contacts with whom they keep daily contact and demand equal time; and 2) be responsible for making sure the surrogates are properly informed and prepped.

But mainly, he needs to go on the offensive against Bush. He needs to start spelling out what he's done wrong and follow it up with how he's going to make it right.
