He had some GREAT moments - hitting back on Iraq War and Cheney especially.

But he has this annoying habit of leading to something that you expect to be snappy, and then leaving you hanging. Here, I'm talking about when he said something like "this is the most important election of our lives and here's why..."

And then rambled on about some kid selling bracelets, a guy standing by the train tracks, people standing out at rallies at 12:30 am, etc. etc. etc.

OK...We're ready, tell us why this election is the most important of our lives! Because this president is destroying the very fabric of what makes America great - our constitution, our representative democracy, our land! Hello! He eventually gets there after you forget where you came from.

I know I'm not supposed to be doing this, bad-mouthing my man for President so three caveats.
1. I am currently working (unpaid) about 30 hours a week for the Kerry/Edwards and other Dems ticket.
2. I watched the whole speech on CSPAN - so don't tell me i missed it.
3. Bush's speech made me absolutely sick - it was craven, full of lies and contradictions, lacking in morality and just disgusting. Kerry's was WAY better as far as substance.
