repeating lies even after they have been proven to be lies, like Dick Cheney repeating that WMD's were found in Iraq.And,of course, Rush Limbaugh and Hannity repeating and concocting lies by the dozen every day.This is a twist on the Straussian principle of the Noble Lie.They believe that the rulers are entitled to lie to us paisans;add to that the belief that the "lower classes" do not even deserve to be told the truth and you have the perfect recipe for this Party's descent into what looks like unreason to us.But, may be is the most reasonable thing to them.We just are not their equals you see.
