I was too young and growing up in a conservative southern family I don't really remember Bill Clinton's big night. In 1996 I was interested in other things out of High School and I remember when he won, I just brushed it off watching my father curse because Bob Dole lost. He sure seemed happy because Jessee Helms beat Gantt. In 2000 I was in a boot camp and I don't have any recollections of recount because I was cut off from the world. I became a Democrat after I joined the Army. Being deployed and seeing different things, living around different people opened my eyes.

I remember Kerry being down in polls going into the election night. I stayed up until 2am hoping for a miracle but it never came.

I can't wait to find out what it feels like to WIN (2006 was great and I know this time it will be mind blowing)

So, anyone from 1992 and 1996, was it this nerve wracking?
