I have no idea why support for using torture went up. It's not supported by the sample change.

There's fun data in there. I'll state my approve/disapprove on these:

The economy - unsure about bank plans; wait and see
The federal budget deficit - approve
International affairs - approve
The situation in Iraq - wait and see; I think Obama still wants all troops out by the end of 2011
Global warming - approve
Health care - wait and see; good sign today
U.S. relations with Cuba - approve
The situation in Afghanistan - disapprove
Immigration issues - approve
The situation with Iran - approve
Taxes - approve, but more to be done on rolling back Bush tax cuts for the rich
The U.S. campaign against terrorism - I have to say I'm more of a dove for sure, but I give an approve based on the no torture policy
The situation involving the
big U.S. automakers - disapprove

I'll add these:

Education - disapprove
Drugs - disapprove
Gay rights - mixed, so no opinion
Trade - disapprove so far

But those are countered by:

A number of achievements already
Bringing honor, intelligence, and dignity to the White House
He's a President who listens when you disagree
