10. The value of saving one's ammunition
Look into the past speeches, and you'll hear some pretty harsh stuff from JRE on the subject of Junior. He was the first I heard to use the word "phony".

When a positive and soft-spoken--but habitually direct--person uses the word "liar", it sticks bigtime. A more shrill or combative orator has generally shot his clip by this time, but this guy's words will hit all the more harder due to their comparative rarity.

Junior on the defensive is a skittish beast, and these cats don't do well when they're kept off-balance.
