7. Oh, shit, look at this -- Larry Sinclair and Orly had a big fight this morning
WHY I DECIDED NOT TO APPEAR AT SANTA ANA HEARING THIS MORNING

First this post is meant as nothing more than my explanation as to why (after meeting in person with Orly Taitz) I decided not to attend the hearing scheduled this morning in the US District Court in Santa Ana, California.

Last week I received an email from Orly Taitz asking me to attend this mornings hearing in Santa Ana and testify concerning the communication between Donald Young and myself. I was confused by the request and inquired as to exactly what it was Orly Taitz was asking.

After traveling to Southern California and meeting with Dr. Taitz in person, I decided not to appear at this mornings hearing. My decision was based on several factors. I want to make it clear what those factors were.

1. Dr. Taitz had no factual knowledge as to anything about me. Instead, everything Dr. Taitz asked me about was based solely on what other people passed onto her in emails (none of which was factual nor had come from me.)

2. Perhaps the saying “too many Chiefs and not enough Indians” explains it best. While I credit Orly Taitz for seeking the truth, just as I credit Phil Berg, I was amazed at the total chaos and failure to know the basic facts before asking me certain questions and asking me to testify to things that “other people” told her. Far too many people are making far too many claims that lack any basis in fact for me to have what I have stated misrepresented based solely because one failed to do their own research or ask me rather than allow people I do not know nor have any association with to speak for me.

…..to be continued (have to log off, will completed later)
