53. If he cancels the second and third debates
he will lie about the reason--possible saying that Kerry violated the rules. Even if it is a lie, the media will reinforce that lie and defend Bush's decision. He will come off looking like a real strong and decisive leader who is in charge and no one is going to tell him what to do. No one, you can be sure, or very few, will report it was becasue he could not debate on domestic issues, or that Kerry won the first debate.
It is a set up, I think.

I think he will be able to back out and do so that it appears he was right in his indignation at unfair rules.That is the way of the propaganda machine.
