88. My spin on it all
First, my hubby is firm that the debate Thursday night is the only one that matters...the undecideds will decide then and there. I agree completely with him on that point.

Second, I believe that by giving Georgie EVERYTHING he wants on the debates opens him up in the days to follow to:

"Well, John Kerry agreed to every absurd demand by the Bush camp on these debates, and even though we made it as simple and easy as possible for him to participate, he was unable to/whined about/could not/refused to...etc etc"

Do not underestimate how this was handled by the Kerry camp, as I believe they have the spin covered already and the deliberate concession to every demand was planned for a reason.

Third - there will be only one debate...he cannot survive the town hall forum that is after this one...just won't be able to do it...too many variables...

He will whine his way out of the rest of them because the networks showed an unflattering shot of him, or took him out of context, or there is a terra attack (blah blah), and the Kerry camp will spin it to their advantage....remember the "War Room" is geared for blood now.

It's closing time for Kerry. George...meet rock and hard place.
