1. I heard a caller on WWL today ask Vitter...
about this and how if congressmen want to run, they should step asside so someone else can dedicate their full time to the work at hand instead of campaigning. The question was very clear to me but...

Vitter just responded by saying somethign to the affect of

"well i don't know what the question is, but i think something we've seen since Katrina is how the regular people have become active in the political process and ...that's a good thing!"


totally ignoring the callers question

his response to another callers question about the tax cuts this week was pretty much avoided too

"i support the continuation of Bush's tax plan...b/c we can't have people payign exhorbinant taxes in times like these"....

what an ass!
