The Nov. 28 article summarizing the state's leading economists' take on the state of the economy ("Tough economic choices ahead") closed with these brains trying to figure out some catch phrases in order to capture the public's attention.

In my circle we refer to the "birth tax." Every American baby now comes into this world with a $75,000 tax burden on its tiny shoulders.
