1. Probably not over yet, MN Supreme Court comes next
and maybe the US Supreme Court after that. On Midmorning on MPR (91.1 KNOW) Kerri Miller had a caller with a point that for each day Franken is kept out of the Senate it is a virtual No vote against the Democratic Party's control and ability to pass bills.
