Now we're eating our own. Patterson is a Democrat on that 3rd Court of Appeals and I thought a good judge. I have no idea what is brewing in this debate.
Why would Jan Patterson lie about Perry? What would she stand to gain?
I can see why the Dems would be so upset that she would consider tipping the make-up of the 3rd Court of Appeals which we barely just won back in the fall of 2008.
