something like 70%-30%. He didn't even get the committed repug base.


I just listened to Tim Michaels give his stump speech. It was pretty ho-hum. The same old too-much taxes, too-much regulations, pander to the pro-life movement prattle. The notable thing was that he did discuss health-care costs. But his proposed solution was more competition and to allow re-importation of Rx and force the Canadians to remove price controls. Oh, I almost forget, though he said it maybe nine or ten times in fifteen minutes, he was an active duty air born ranger for 12 years.

All and All, it was pretty confused.
